The choice of using an FTA is a private area between trading partners, but according to the obligations resulting from it, exporters spend time and money on issuing and providing origin certificates as well as managing information for proof of origin, and even when they are not parties to a trade contract. However, the supplier of the exporter shall also bear the time and expense for the management of the country of origin information. It is necessary to effectively manage the origin and to support SMEs through the use of the information on purchase confirmation with the revision of the mandatory issuance of the purchase confirmation issued in the aspect of export promotion and SME support. In other words, it is necessary to support the export support system so that it can receive the certificate of purchase from the issuing company of the origin confirmation without spending time and expenses. In order to efficiently support this, an information platform should be constructed so that a purchase confirmation which is to be electronically issued and circulated and a certificate of origin issued by the origin management system are exchanged in a single virtual space. The information platform is designed so that the functions of providing information utilizing FTA, origin management system, issuing certificate of origin and issuing certificate of confirmation, and applying the utility tax free rate and tariff reimbursement function are simultaneously carried out so that the efficient management of origin of SMEs and the cost And compensation to be satisfied simultaneously.
